Cypress Landing is a beautiful neighborhood with excellent amenities, including golf, pool and a marina. The pool is family-friendly with kid-centric areas for play, and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. If you're into life on the water, be sure to stop by the docks and check out the slips...the marina it tidy and kept in top condition! The 18-hole golf course is landscaped beautifully and it's challenging enough for the avid golfer, but also relaxing and very enjoyable. As a Realtor® I can tell you the value of the homes is unbeatable compared to other golf course neighborhoods in the region, and the neighborhood itself is simply beautiful, not to mention the wild birds native to the area that you'll see in the green-spaces.
A great place to live. Lots to do like golf boating, fishing, tennis, two pools, club house grill with full bar which is open every day for breakfast and lunch, and dinner usually twice a week. Bay Club with full bar dance floor and dinning area. Marina with lounge, three out door grills, showers and boat pump out. Good local restaurants in Washington, Greenville, New Bern and Chocowinity. College events at ECU, great theatre in Greenville and New Bern, with Washington still building their program but we've been to some great events there too.

We are a day drive from Florida, New Jersey, Pittsburgh so visiting friends and family is an easy drive. A great area to live and a lot to see and do.
