It was a surprisingly nice place. Mostly vacation trailers. The waterways connect to the lake and then the ocean.

The place is awesome every saturday night on the weekends they have a dance. Its a great place to go fishing. In the evening times you cant hear a thing except for the crickets. Such a nice scenery and very beautiful place

Great place to take your family camping. Great staff

We booked one of their duplexes with a friend this past weekend (10/6 - 10/8) and had a fantastic time! The duplex was clean and provided kitchen basics - except for dish soap. They shower was also a decent size. The weather was beautiful, the neighbors - both the permanent and those just passing through - were super nice and friendly. It is wooded, so there is a sufficient shade and nice fishing spots (though no bites). The staff were kind and accommodating. The reason for only 4 stars is the following: Their store hours are short and poorly stocked - forcing us to go to Walmart. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have a greater selection for sale - as I would have paid more for the convenience of not having to leave the site. They have laundry facilities - but don't sell detergent. They only had 2 bundles of firewood left for sale. This seems like something you wouldn't want to run low/out of. They had a nice little park for the kids, but I wish they had organized child activities. I think they would really benefit from a decent website with pictures of their amenities.

Sites are a little smaller then we would have liked but doable. Love the water ways for easy boat access. Both pools clean
